During our recent family vacation at Royal Palm, we encountered a blend of warmth and practicality. Located near the Valentine's Dive Resort, the hotel offers a variety of family-friendly amenities that cater to diverse needs. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a charming front desk staff member who added a personal touch by singing happy birthday-this made our first impression memorable. Our initial room lacked basic essentials like a coffee maker and refrigerator, making it challenging for our family, especially with children. The staff promptly moved us to a more suitable accommodation that included air conditioning, a fridge, and a safe, significantly enhancing our stay. We enjoyed nearby activities like horseback riding and exploring local shops-great options for family adventures. The location's proximity to the resort's generators created some noise disturbances, especially on Sundays during church services. Royal Palm is a delightful choice for families seeking a welcoming and adaptable atmosphere. I envision returning as renovations progress, allowing for an even more pleasant stay in this vibrant setting.
